  5. It seems like the future of the Amiga is bright. I have a reason for saying
  6. this. Since the last issue of Saxonia, I have received mails from people
  7. interested in joining the Amiga scene. There was a group who o formerly
  8. concentrated on ZX Spectrum, and even a single person who wanted to learn
  9. about the Amiga scene. He had background from C64. So it seems that there
  10. is still possible to get new people involved. This came as a positive
  11. surprise for me after reading several negative articles about the subject
  12. and also thinking of the low amount of new productions released nowadays.
  13. To show my engagement for the scene, I will, when I complete it, release
  14. the demo I'm working on outside any party, to show that I am still in the
  15. business for fun, like people were a long time ago. I hope that also others
  16. will do this.

  18. Well, besides the Amiga scene, I have to say that life is real crap these
  19. days. The fucking military here in Norway sent me a letter telling that I
  20. was to go into service some days ago. I was to meet up later this summer.
  21. I applied for putting it on hold to attend school, just like I have
  22. done before, but this time they wouldn't let me because I was about to
  23. start a new school, it wasn't anything that had to do with my education
  24. until now. Well, I will not leave it at that. I have sent a new letter to
  25. these shitheads describing some reasons why I should be allowed to go to
  26. school instead. If this doesn't help, I will not meet up anyway, I will
  27. rather go to jail if necessary. But I doubt that the government fuckheads
  28. has the time to use that much time on such a case anyway. But if anything
  29. happens and you don't hear from me for a while, you now know the reason.

  31. Needless to say, all this shit from these dickheads unworthy of life has
  32. put me in a rather bad mood. Let's just say that the norwegian liqour
  33. akevitt (aquavit) has tasted better and better these last days. My mood
  34. the last days can also be understood in some articles that are not as
  35. good as I wanted them to be. I simply finished them in a hurry to have a
  36. little less to worry about. Also, if I have left out some names that should
  37. have been put somewhere, or done similar mistakes, you now know the reason.
  38. By the way, the articles are the one about synths and the introduction to
  39. the scene.

  41. However, I would like to say that I will continue to make this mag as I
  42. enjoy doing so in the times life seems brighter. So if I don't hang myself
  43. you can expect another issue sooner or later.
